The shellac is untested since I don't have the equipment to listen to it. It's in used condition with normal signs of use including scratches, fingerprints, dust, etc.. If the record doesn't work or fully work, there will not be any refunds or returns since you're being told it's untested ahead of time. Please reference the photos for a better understanding of the item's true condition.
No cover or sleeve is included. You are only purchasing the shellac you see in the photos.
