It's pre-owned with normal signs of use. The large silicone ear pieces are still sealed. The small silicone pieces were only used once. The medium silicone pieces are lightly used (not sure on exact # of uses).
The battery is faulty and takes a while to charge and doesn’t power off properly and then drains quickly. That or I don’t know how to turn it off and it just powers off cuz it’s left on. Either way the battery seems like it needs to be fixed.
You only get what you see. The original box is included but the sleeve of the box is not.
