The phone won’t turn on, but the charging screen comes on when plugged in and then as you unplug it, the screen remains on for a couple seconds and turns off. It has normal signs of use including but not limited to scuffs, scratches, cracks, dings, etc.. Please reference the photos for a better understanding.
