This listing is for Yashica Finemovie 8 KD-3010 Video Camera Recorder Lot + Charger + Battery + Case.


The microphone’s foam protection from the wind has degraded from age and will likely completely crumble away over time.


The cassette tape and recording nav bar don’t fully close properly. They did at first but now the mechanism is not working properly. My theory is that the battery is not holding a charge long enough to allow the mechanism to function. I think this because it started automatically closing and then the battery died and it stopped.


Summary: It may be a mixture of fault mechanics and a bad battery.


Again, as im listing it, the tray nor the nav bar are closing. I’ll tape them shut for transit. See last pic for how it is right now.


I can’t test the rest of the functionality either since the battery won’t last. Either way this is a cool collectible or a nice project for an experienced hand.
